Hashvich (Armenian «հաշվիչ», “calculator”) is a set of free calculators for people who live, work or do business in Armenia.
What you can work out here
Take-home pay, a sole proprietor's taxes, customs payments on an imported car, currency conversion at the central bank rate, and the full cost of a money transfer. Every calculator shows how it reached its result, not just the total, with worked examples.
Where the numbers come from
Tax and duty rates come from laws and government documents, exchange rates from the Central Bank of Armenia, and fees from bank and transfer-service websites. Every page lists its sources with quotes and the date they were checked. The methodology page explains how the data is collected and verified.
Who it is for
Employees and employers, sole proprietors, people who have moved to Armenia or are planning to, and anyone who needs to check a figure quickly. The site is in Armenian, Russian and English, and the calculations are the same in every language.
